"We visited Prague for our anniversary and enjoyed the hotel. We had a charming room with exposed timber beams, a chandelier over the bed and a modern well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast selection was ample. We were able to check in upon arriving from our overnight flight from New York. The hotel is poised over the center of Old Town Prague which is pedestrian-only and lively. "Romana on reception was warm, friendly and welcoming and gave an incredible first impression. The room was spacious and the lounge area was impressive looking. The apartment itself felt a little tired, especially the bathroom. However, the shower pressure was great. The weather was really hot and so our top floor room was baking, but fans had been provided in each room, which helped. It is a historical building, right by the main square with the lovely Romana on reception - we enjoyed our 1...

"We loved this hotel. The moment we checked in, we were greeted with a refreshing beverage. The room was very comfortable. The spa facilities were available during our stay and after walking the streets of Prague, it was great to relax in the spa. The location was great as we walked everywhere. "This property was close to everything we wanted to do , it’s in the old town , everything was within a few minutes walking. The metro is about 20 feet away, even the metro ride to O2 arena was only about 9 minutes . The staff were super helpful , and friendly , we added breakfast to our stay it was well worth it. "We really like the place and the location is perfect. There’s alot of people down the street but you can’t hear them in the room. The toilet has bidet which got me excited, but sad to say it did not work. To that I give 4 stars instead of 5. And also make sure to check in ahead of time and not like me waited until we got to the place and wasn’t able to get in right away, because we have to wait for them to process."

"The place is cozy and in the old town of Prague. No staff at the residence, you have to follow the instruction. The lift was out of order in the my last day of stay. It was very inconvenient."
