The staff at the reception desk was "just there", however the cleaning staff was courteous and friendly. The location of this hotel is very noisy. The room poorly maintained. For example, the bathroom door was off it's hinges, the pillows were flat, and sleeping on the mattress actually gave me a backache. The complimentary breakfast was a collection of prepackaged foods. We reserved for two nights but left after the first night. That says it all!

Despite what the outside looks like, the room we stayed in was modern and perfect for the price. The room was super clean and fresh, and the cleanliness bet out many 4 and 5 stay lux hotels I have stayed at!! It looks like it was recently updated and has a great mellow modern look. I was on the first floor next to the lobby and breakfast area and I couldn’t hear anything, benefit to brick walls. The air conditioner worked well and the room stayed pretty cool. Staff was friendly and the Dennys next door was nice for a late night snack. Only downside is parking as they have the Dennys in the same lot and they are doing construction so spaces are blocked off. But otherwise great place to rest your head after a night at a concert and get a small breakfast and coffee before leaving. The concert venue was a whole other review and not a good one.

They were able to accommodate my request in putting me in the most quiet room, on the very backside on the top floor. No freeway noise or any noise at all. Perfect remodeled room, very clean and quiet, and great free breakfast! Make sure to try and ask for a room facing away from the freeway, or you will hear a lot of noise. Denny’s is right next door. Parking safe, as is everything. I highly recommend!

It was well located for concert venue. Clean room inside. No room service if you are staying less then 3 days. We stood 2 nights. The building and walkways are grimy, too filthy outside, I recommend a good power wash. Did not have breakfast but i know it was basic. We got back late on Saturday night and there was no parking. We had to park next to shipping containers. If you can look pass some of the issues noted it ok.

Went in the middle of their renovations. The elevator takes forever and was covered up with weird fabric tarps on the wall. It looks clean overall but there’s little details that could’ve been cleaner like the caulk in the bathroom and mold stains. Breakfast was good. There was a waffle machine, three different flavors of yogurt, milk, and cereal, hard-boiled eggs, two kinds of breakfast sandwiches that you had to microwave, oranges, bananas, oatmeal, and juice and coffee.
