"The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I appreciate that they had options for lighting including soft, warm light by the bedside not just one super harsh, bright, cool, overhead light that I've seen in so many hotels in Vietnam. Complimentary self-serve laundry in the basement was so convenient. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were so attentive and helpful! We were having trouble making our plans to go to Ta Xua so they gave us a contract for that; we needed an item we couldn't...

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Fantastic Hotel Our stay at the Dusit Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is stunning, with gorgeous modern design, beautiful décor, and impeccable cleanliness. Our room was incredibly spacious, and having a kitchen made it even more comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a wonderful selection of delicious food. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble, and their hospitality was truly exceptional. We...

"Clean apartment. Plenty of room for my Uncle and myself. Close to many restaurants and shops. Maybe a bit of a ride to old town but if you want a two bedroom, two bath apartment, very hard to find in old town for a reasonable price. Very good value for money spent."

"My room has no lake view and face the street, lot of noise from bar nearby all night long, request room with lake view to avoid the problem. Walking distance to the west lake, 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants, breakfast is ok (you can order from menu for free), only there for a night so no comment on gym & pool, bed is superb, pillows are soft, AC work well, shower is good although if you use shower in tub be caution that floor will be wet and slippery. "I highly recommend Oakwood Residence! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great area. It’s also close enough to the heart of Hanoi to easily explore the city while still being in a quieter area. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!"
