The second stay we were upgraded to a suite and it was so lovely, spacious, balcony, clean and so comfortable. We really appreciated it, thank you to the lovely staff, especially Hanna and Ahnna. Nice to be able to wash and dry clothes."

"We stayed here for five nights mainly for sight seeing. The property was nice. The staff was friendly. We chose West Lake for quietness. We were disappointed that there was no prior communication about the big construction in front of the hotel - apparently it will go on for a year or more. It was far from the greenery as per their photo. Construction noise woke us up at 6am on our first night. We managed to change to quieter apartment the next day but this had already affected our energy on the day and plans. Suggest to be transparent about the noise situation early when customers book or enquire. Pay closer attention to customers with quiet apartment request at check in. The sauna just wasn't hot enough and was difficult to use with unclear instructions. The breakfast wasn't on par with hotels like Lotte or Melia Vinpearl on a similar grade."
