"My stay at InterContinental Hanoi Westlake was excellent. The location is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing trip, with beautiful lake views and easy access to nearby cafes and walking areas. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional. Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable throughout my stay. Breakfast was great overall with plenty of variety, though I wish there were more halal options available. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi."

"This place was very nice and quiet, but it’s away from downtown where we wanted to go lots of American food around the hotel unfortunately we wanted Asian food so we had to go very far to get it."

"Quite the best hospitality of any hotel I have ever stayed at.The staff were amazing and truly welcoming, offering help and suggestions.They really made our stay special. The hotel is lovely with incredible views and is a calm oasis in a busy city. Breakfast buffet was delicious and varied.Special mention for Flower who was just wonderful, and Nicolas (also wonderful) who gave us his selection of foodie highlights to try, which was super helpful.Bartender (sorry didnt get his name) brought us cocktails on the roof in the rain.Honestly these folks know true hospitality!!"
