The Parasand hotel is a great value for the price. Clean, spacious rooms that are very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Sky bar and restaurant is very convenient for grabbing breakfast and dinner.

While a bit away from the old quarter, it was nice to try a different location in Hanoi. The lake was beautiful and we found good restaurants and shopping easily. We stayed just one night before heading north, but our room was clean, large and comfortable, with excellent staff service. The sky bar restaurant is overpriced and was extremely smoky, but breakfast was good. Overall recommend the stay here!

Perfect place. So many things we've enjoyed. From the wonderful service and hospitality, the quiet room, the lovely breakfast with view, the comfortable beddings, lots of storage, the 24/7 front desk, the short walk to the lake, everything. The location also worked for us. We stayed in the family suite facing the lake with a large bakcony, and enjoyed having lots of light and view of the lake during the day and quiet nights with very limited noise coming from the street thanks to good windows. Wonderful find with high quality standard. Not the typical cheap tourist place. We will be back.

湖がよく見える部屋でした。ホテルも清潔で、スタッフの方々も皆さん親切に対応してくれました。朝食は眺めの良い屋上でも食べることができ、メニューは少ないながらも味はどれも絶品でした。観光客が少ない地区ですが、歩いてすぐに市場やチェーン店の飲食店もたくさんあり便利でした。ホテルの目の前の湖を歩きながら散歩らカフェで美味しいコーヒーも飲めます。次回は家族で利用したいと思います。
