"The airport shuttle was easy to find (stop 16 outside terminal 1), the bus is super-punctual, very friendly drivers. The hotel is 10 mins from the airport and perfect in every regard. They even have scales in the lobby for weighing your luggage. Pity I didn't have time for breakfast. This was my second stay at the Marroad, it's now my preferred option for Narita."

"Pick up area is on the first level, outside the arrival gates. It is at 23b, which is next to the big 24. Once you find this the red shuttle is easy to spot. The facility is clean, staff polite, and overall experience pleasant. The capsule stay includes use of the onsen. Only complaint is that the bed is thin so you’re more than likely sleeping on a futon on a hard surface. Just be aware. "

I really enjoyed my stay — the only downside is that it’s a bit out of the way from most attractions. However, it’s conveniently close to the airport, which was a plus. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable less populated area."
