Excellent and well kept property near Surin beach. Rooms and beds are excellent. The pool area is amazing and staff is super friendly . We had awesome time here. Bfast menu is too good with so much variety. The only drawback was that location is far away from city and hard to reach downtown.

The hotel was great, the staff were lovely and very helpful. Taxi rank opposite was a great help! We preferred the rests shops and nightlife in Kamala which was only a 300bht ride. My only complaint is the beds, they felt damp and are lumpy.

For the price the property and service were incredible. We could check in early and out a little late. It was walkable to the beach but through an area under construction currently. Heavily Russian tourist area. The rooms were spacious and fairly clean. Kids bedding was shabby and the fridge was not very cold but the “popsicle phone” by the pool and the slide made up for it! Was quiet and cool enough in the rooms. For the price I would definitely stay here again if I needed a short stay in Phuket.

Staff were super nice. Room was fine for us as we were out all day and only slept there. Resort is nice and pool is good. The AC was really good :) a good option for a cheap place to stay. Place would be great for kids as had a lot of activities and 2 big water slides into the pool.

Good hotel would stay again

This is a solid hotel with friendly staff. However it was quite difficult to make a reservation for an airport shuttle and a more enhanced safeguarding protocols for the kids club would make this an excellent stay (buzzer to contact parents, listing allergies during kids club registration etc). The rooms were a little tired but for the price it was fine. There were some room renovations so upgrading is ongoing. The ‘kids eat free’ makes this a very affordable stay and the quality of food was good also. My girls loved the kids club especially the staff who were awesome, mini disco, foam party, water slides and I would absolutely stay here again.

It does has nice pools. The breakfast was good and the staffs are nice. For a family room we booked, it was very small. We stayed at room 2119. I am not sure if it was the hotel or the property next door, but when we open the room door, it smelled like a septic tank is near by. Our hot water didn't work, asked multiple time, but it never got fix. I think my money could have been better spent somewhere else.

Mold smell

Very strong mold smell in many locations. Moved room, staff tried to mask the smell with air freshener, slightly better in anoterh room We opted to off the aircon and leave the balcony doors open as much as possible to get fresh air.Otherwise fantastic pool for children, the garden and general vacation feel is great. Close to the beach and Tops. The staff is kind and genuine service minded. It a pussle that the management don't regularly clean aircons and repair water damages.

A lot less fancy (more crappy), than advertised

Overpriced. The lobby and service was great, the rest was a medium budget mediocre family resort, at a price that usually gets you something much nicer in Thailand. The room was advertised as 56m2, but was app. 30m2, all photos was taken with wide angle, making the place look bigger than it was, the architecture, quality and atmosphere just felt kinda crappy-budget family resort (that usually cost 50% of the 350 euros per night for 4 persons, that we paid). The staff was fine though and we simply stayed away from the resort most of the day, to avoid becoming depressed. If you like screaming kids, vending machines, noisy pools, small rooms, concrete hallways and borings buffets, and dont mind it being overpriced, then it might be fine.

Family friendly hotel short walk from Surin Beach

A family friendly hotel with very well suited pools for children (shallow water) and water slides our kids enjoyed very much. Inner yard was nice with lots of trees and green, but limited space for playing games or other activities. Baby sitting at the kids club (from 3 years onwards) was a really positive surprise and older kids enjoyed the Hideout with its Playstation 4 consoles and table soccer. Our group stayed in 6 different rooms of which all but one required repairs and maintenance as we checked in (glogged sinks and toilets, broken fixed furniture, burned light bulps), which were fixed during the same day after couple of calls to the reception. Breakfast buffet had lots of stock outs and required a lot of waiting in the beginning, but after we managed to get the restaurant manager to see the situation himself, it was substantially improved. Service in the restaurants and bars was always friendly and always slow. Free meals and drinks for kids when parents eat was great! There is a short walk to the Surin Beach through construction site and small shops around the corner.

Partly disappointed

The room had a lower standard than we thought. Pictures on net not 100 correct. Refrigerator was small and AC noisy. Service ok. Some issues with breakfast. When breakfast was 1 hour before closing there was missing more and more. Fruit, child meny etc. Prices in pool bar was insane. 10 times more expensive for a beer compared with the grocery store. The happy hour was only for 2 drinks. The hotel is full of Ryssa. Maybe ok if you are Russian, or at least speak Russian. The Ice cream bar in reception is great, but expensive. The pool area was good, but a bit narrow. We will not go back to this hotel.
