Close to a great Mall. Reception is more strict than most other hotels I’ve been to. For those People complaining about hotel, we get what we pay for. The shower was pretty satisfying though.

Decent location to stay in. But the part that had my room, does not have any lift. So I need to carry my heavy luggage to 3rd floor. Room was decent and clean. It has refrigerator, but no microwave. Air conditioner was very weak. It needs 10 min to cool down. There were number of places to eat, agent, shops around the hotel. Big shopping mall is near walking distance. Also there is a grocery/fish market food market within 7~10 min of walking. I booked the hotel knowing that they have breakfast included but turns out that it was not. Not sure whose fault was that.

I booked the hotel as it said it had parking - it did not. Even the 'welcome email' said I would be told about the parking on arrival - on arrival I was told there was no parking. I thought breakfast was included - it was not. The photos on the listing show a good condition room that appears to be a decent size. The room was small, the 'kitchen' had chunks out of the work surface and most of the cupboard doors were falling off. There was a condom packet left in the room in one of the kitchen cupboards. Impressive? No. Quality? No. What I booked and paid for? No.

Really lovely staff and owner! I didnt use the cleaners as im a tidy guy but room was clean when i got here and the cleaning staff and the lady at the restaurant are so nice and friendly! Happy to come back again!

It's a difficult review for me.....I had just come from a quiet town, and a 4* hotel.......this was neither of them. It's a busy, noisy city......but that's not a bad thing. The hotel was adequate. Was clean enough, staff were nice. Food was good. Hotel isn't brand new so looks it's age a little......but, I can't fault it. All staff are friendly and willing to help!
