"Friendly staff. Cheerful. Helpful. But the early check-in policy of getting an extra day instead of half the room rate is not normal like the hotels I usually go to. It is not reasonable."
"I’ve stay at many places in Saigon, and this was one of the best places to stay. The apartments were clean, the pool was nice, location is great and there’s a 7/11 downstairs that’s open 24/7 for anything you might need, and a pharmacy as well. Chau is an AMAZING host. I will be recommending this location to people I know. She is very sweet and responds quickly. 10/10 would recommend, I would vote more than 5 stars if possible!!"
