"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"

"Tutto perfetto peccato solo che non si potesse aprire la finestra"

"Nice not having to use a booking number but just using your name. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Excellent location for theatres and excellent restaurants. Very useful to be able to store your case before you actually book in and all day after you book out."

"We loved the location, the history and the staff."

"Convenient to go around"

"There was a lot of confusion at the front desk with checkin. Reception had zero restaurant recommendations. Checked into a room with paint tape still on the bathroom door and smelled like paint."

"Great location Common area was clean Highly recommended for a place to stay in London."

"Claro, aquí tienes la versión en inglés, manteniendo el tono elegante y equilibrado de la reseña: Spacious rooms and an excellent location My experience was good, especially because the room was very spacious and comfortable. "Excellent! would go back and recommend to others"

"Unfortunately we felt very unwelcome by Victoria. She was rude to us and rude to colleague. She also gave us our suitcase with somebody else’s bag hooked onto it. In the incorrect hands this could have ended badly!! For this reason we would return back to hotel and wouldn’t recommend to friends and families. The room was ok for our short stay."

"This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of London, a short walk from Buckingham Palace. Very comfortable room. The staff were super friendly and welcoming with the exception of the receptionist who took a long time to check us in and was offhand"

"Loved this hotel for its location. The Gloucester tube station is right across the street which makes it very convenient and so many walkable options within 20 mins or so. Coffee shops and small comfort shops on the street. Cute breakfast/tea restaurant next door that you don’t want to miss. Room was very comfortable but carpets could use a shampoo. Staff were wonderfully friendly. Would stay again!"
