"This is the second time I stayed here. The first time my window looked out at a brick wall less than 3 metres away. I couldn't see anything other than the wall, no sky or anything, which was depressing. Otherwise it was ok and the breakfast was pretty good. This time I could see the sky but I had other problems. The air conditioning wasn't working (I think it couldn't cope with the 26 degree day!) but they did provide a fan when I rang up to complain. There was no shower gel either, only...

"Amazing location near the tube and central to west London. Hotel was comfortable- AC is central and not controlled by the rooms so keep that in mind if you’re going on a hot week. One major issue is that they are understaffed. Essentially no one picks up the phone if you call the front desk to ask any questions. It can be very frustrating if you need help. "Excellent hotel. Very calm and relaxing. The hotel is on a quiet street yet busy neighbourhood with everything you need just around the corner. The hotel was immaculate. The staff were quick to respond. The garden was a wonderful relaxing area and very peaceful. What an added bonus. Having LeLabo shampoo, body lotion, etc left me feeling and smelling clean and fresh in the scorching heat that week in London. I will book my stay there again and I will also check out the other locations."

"I think the property needs updating. It’s a little outdated., the hallway do smell a little bit, but if it’s the old carpet or wood, but it does smell when’s in your room you’re OK but walking up the elevator and in the hallway, it smells a little bit old."

"The room was nice but some days felt very warm, possibly because of the outside temp. A few chairs in the room and mini fridge would be nice or even easy access to ice to cool your drinks. Location was safe and walkable ."

"I have been to London numerous times and stayed in a multitude of hotels in the city. Nothing could have prepared me for the superiority of the Ashburn Hotel. I was a guest for 12 days and was treated beyond my dreams. From the beautiful room to the customer service, this hotel is a 10 out of 10. They have spoiled any other hotel in London for me! The entire hotel was spotless, the beds so comfortable, not to mention the room was so large! All of the employees like, Jemiw, at the front desk...
