"The rooms were comfortable but could use a good dusting (supply & return ducts and lamps were dusty). Good location and VERY helpful staff. Samon answered all our questions and helped us travel esp with understanding the Vaporetto etc. I would book again!"

"Everything was fine except there is no elevator."

"The location could not have been better! We had a room on the first floor facing the courtyard entrance to the St. Regis Hotel. A short walk to the St. Mark's Square. Despite being on the first floor, it was quiet and safe. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a small refrigerator and safe. Lara (at the reception) was very helpful - we appreciated her assistance and guidance! Thank you - grazie, Lara!"

"Friendly staff"

"Close to everything, staff answers all questions"

"The room was clean and there is a pool for a additional fee of 10 euros for each person. Most staff was nice. Someone opened the door of my room at 8;00pm I was told it was a maid I also had a do not disturb sign on the door. The breakfast was very good though. And it's kinda hard to find a put 30 minutes away from the airport and will get a taxi to the airport which was convenient"

"We loved our room. Comfortable bed. Numerous outlets, great little shower. We spent an evening on the rooftop which was lovely. Enjoyed the complimentary bottle of Spumante. Beware of the steep stairs. Would give this 10 stars if I could."

"Belle endroit bien conservé. Grande chambre. Salle de bain neuve. Personnels serviables. (Merci Samantha!) Le matelas pourrais etre plus confortable mais c'était quand même très bien. Beau quartier avec plusieurs boutiques et restaurants. Resto déjeuner juste à coté! Un plus! Hotel très bien situé, à 3 minutes à pieds seulement d'un arrêt Vaporetto. Faite vos recherches de transport avant de marcher 20-25 minutes avec vos valises!😜 Très facile de faire le transport pour aéroport Marco-Polo."

"Excellent stay"
