"The property is a 5 diamond resort and they definitely live up to those expectations! Clean rooms and well-stocked mini bar. The staff were attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The outdoor balcony on our ultra suite (6th floor, north tower) was TO DIE FOR!!! And both rooftop pools (north and south tower) had the best food. All restaurants on property were 10/10!!! NOI, DAO, and Hiroshi did not disappoint or miss a beat."

"Very scenic views, we stayed in the north building. Food was delicious and room service was very convenient. Staff was very friendly. The ONLY thing we did not care for was the staff trying to "sell" things, although they say it's not selling. Check- in was about 20 minutes longer bc of the promoting of excursions and such, then they wanted us to come to breakfast the next morning for another promoting. What really upset my husband and I was when they called our room the next morning trying to...
