"Was a good stay."

"The lobby looked very nice but that changed when we got to our room- first room had a black hair in the bed, the cover for the fan in the bathroom was missing and it sounded like a jet plane, the carpet was dirty and wet in spots and the tv did not work. Requested to change rooms, which they did without question... second room was marginally cleaner but the whole hotel is very run down and in need of repairs- wallpaper peeling off the walls, floors in the elevators are worn out, windows in the room don't open properly and the courtyard is a filthy mess- water in the pond is dk green with algae. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and although the price was reasonable, it was not worth the money. Location is convenient to the downtown area but that's all it has going for it. Very disappointed"
