"We were traveling from Texas to Saginaw. We were exhausted. The facility was not the best on the outside, but the inside was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The breakfast was also edible. I believe it’s safe to say that our overall experience was excellent. Thank you!!"
"Im pretty sure the neighbor was a lady of the night or "working girl" if you will. I couldnt sleep due to loud moaning all night. It was annoying until Harold ajd i decided to one up her and i really let loose. Talk about amazing sleep. Rocked me right to sleep. I wanna go back tongiht. The butlers nice but i wish they had breakfast or snack. The butler was the only snack within 5 miles as this is in bfe. Go now. You won't be disappointed "

"Employees went out of their way to make sure my needs were taken care of. New ownership company and the entire resort is under a major remodel and renovation, so things were a little of sorts. I am extremely excited to see the changes over the next year or so. Room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable along with phenomenal water pressure in the shower. Staff that cares about customers and money to invest into the property, is Bay Valley making a Rocky Balboa like return?? Only time...
