Mike was an amazing front desk manager. My room’s toilet seat wasn’t fastened to the toilet. Mike moved me to a different room, once one got clean. He’s awesome!

The room was ok, the staff was delightful. They could not give me more pillows because they said they could not afford to buy them. They charged me $80 (refundable deposit) for incidentals and made me pay in cash. They would not accept a credit card. We found that very strange, we do not usually travel with cash but did that time, thank goodness. They have an atm in the lobby but charge for each transaction. We did not think that was right!!!

The place was a little run down but well kept and clean. The staff was fast and courteous. All things being equal I would probably stay again.

Old, run down, sketchy neighborhood, sketchy clients. Lots of trash in surrounding grassy areas. Staff was great though.

No housekeeping, room is very run-down, hotel is more of a residential halfway house for homeless. Did not feel safe, neighbors are always smoking pot and its a strong stench that filters into the room.

The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot. That’s it. The room smelled of smoke. Telephone was there, but the cord was ripped out. No security lock on the door. The walls needed a good scrub. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom.

The bed was stained and dirty. We had to ask for new sheets. Second night we saw roaches crawling across the floor. There was a hole in the bathroom wall and the mold on the tub. We will not be coming back. However the staff members were kind.

The property itself clearly was on a limited budget and infrastructure but served it's purpose as a cost affective stay. Unfortunately the owners are working with what they have, at no fault of their own, it's no five star and I would not stay the night with my family at this location. Overall the customer service was very good and the night staff were very patient and helpful working together to make sure I was squared away with my previously made reservation.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

Check in was easy and staff was pleasant enough. The room however was a NIGHTMARE. the room was filthy, walls, floors, toilet, tub... All of it! Bed was falling apart and hard, the drawers didn't stay closed on the dresser, the television didn't work....... Don't waste your time‼️

Friendly Staff

To begin, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful at this property. The property itself is in major need of repair. There are holes in the walls and black mold. The fire alarm was sticking 6" out of the wall w/ electricity still going to it as it was blinking. I was asked for drugs by another guest at the property, as well as help for domestic violence by yet another guest.

Yikes. Booked two rooms, both smelled like smoke, and one had visible cigarette burns on sheets and furniture. Sinks were dirty, bathroom had hair in the shower still, food and trash in drawers, missing light bulbs, blood stains on floor. At least staff was friendly and helpful.

I will start by saying the staff was friendly and pleasant; she did try to help limit our concerns....but the sense of dread walking into the room was too much. There were holes in walls, scratches through paint and smell that I can still smell two days later...then the sense of ick sets in, and it wasn't just one room either, we saw multiple. Needless to say - I couldn't stay.

Staff were very accommodating. Lots of dust in the room on lamps, etc. Garbage and empty bottles under the bed. Lots of " 5 minute " traffic in parking lot during the night. Coffee maker could not be used due to missing parts and no supplies. Bathroom not in good shape as it could use a big update.

if you just need a place to sleep.

I stayed in the one room at this motel that has a roll in shower for those with ability issues. The bathroom was in bad shape. To get the roll in, the floor was not flat. It had a distinct rise where the edge of the shower floor was made into a ramp. The seat in the shower was industrial, with a metal frame and bars only, no cushion (like the stock pic) or teak wood in between the metal bars. There were no vertical safety bars. There was a patch of black mold on the bottom of the wall. The door needed to be replaced because it had a hole on the bottom where someone kicked it repeatedly. The walls and ceiling were thin. I heard my neighbors actions and when the room above me took a bath and a shower. There was a cigarette burn on the bedcover. There was an office chair, but no desk area, so I ate on the bed or from the dresser. Very awkward. I stayed for 2 nights bet was not offered cleaning/towel service. The bed was comfortable, and the toilet was correct with a high seat. (I have used some with a low seat even for an ability room).
