"The room was nothing short of fabulous. It was enormous, with high ceilings and windows that opened onto views of the countryside. The bathroom was fit for a king. Water pressure was good, and the shower temperature was constant. The bed was firm. Plenty of storage space. The pool was lovely. There are not too many guests, so there was more than enough room to sit and lounge in relative privacy. The staff were attentive and made excellent drinks. "The villa it’s a beautiful place in Toscana to stay and relax , the pool is the best feature of the hotel. In the lobby the is a bar where you can order apperitivo, and the restaurant face a the beautiful garden. Food was excellent but pricey."

"This is a charming old palace with lots of personality and the staff all were excellent. It was a welcome overnight refuge from Pisa after our plane was cancelled. Keep in mind it’s primarily a spa hotel with its own rhythms. And the food was delicious if a bit pricey. Also try the gelato shop across the street for the best gelato."

Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer bekommen (kostenloses Zimmerupgrade) und uns wurde sehr vom Personal in einer Notsituation geholfen. Das Hotel hat eine weitläufige grüne Anlage. "This hotel barely served its purpose. As a quick drive to the Airport in Pisa. The room smelled, not dirty, just oddly. The walls were paper thin, and the beds were generally uncomfortable. It looks like it gets a lot of traffic from tour companies. Supremely disappointed as Expedia hotels are always very good."

"We wanted a quiet hotel away from the city but close to the airport.( 14 km) This was ideal a hidden gem. Beautiful rooms, lovely breakfast. They don't do evening meals but there are plenty of options within a 10 mins drive. It is very rural area. Seems popular with Italian film stars for some reason given the photos in the reception office."

"Excellent location in Pontedera. Only a five minutes walk to the city centre, the railway station, and the autobus terminal. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom facilities. There was a wide range of food choices for breakfast with hot and cold drinks readily available. The front desk was not manned at all times; but guests are provided with a key to open the entrance doors if they are locked at night."
