Congress Plaza Hotel
We have always loved staying at the Congress over the past few years. This was the first time we were disappointed. We asked for our 2 rooms to be close together but we were on opposite ends of the same floor. Our room was hot and the in unit air conditioner barely worked. Maintenance was sent to ...
