Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites
We had booked the lake view king suite room which the view was not great. When we got into the room it was very hot and we tried to turn the ac on but the air blowing out was still hot. Definitely would not book there again

Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown River North
Breakfast was the highlight! The staff was great and the food was good. However, our room never got cleaned during our 4 night stay. We didn’t get clean towels throughout the week. Our trash was never emptied. Not to mention, the creamer in the room was expired and none was ever replenished.
