Rooms were updated and clean; staff was friendly; parking was available at no extra cost. Property appeared to be a remodel of an older existing hotel/motel. Age shows even though the rooms were updated with fresh paint, furniture and fixtures. Elevators could use an update. The shuttle is not very reliable. The 5 am time came and gone and no shuttle. Uber/Lyft more reliable. About 7 minutes to the airport.

The staff was great and they even allowed us to leave our luggage before check in so we could run some errands. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast options (not enough proteins). Our room also was not service until we asked the desk on day 3. The shuttle was easy and and punctual but overall the stay was ok. If you’re there just a few nights, it’s alright but more than that and if you plan on exploring Chicago, I would reconsider. The trains are far and the uber was very expensive.

The hotel staff were wonderful. The room was very generic and overpriced. The breakfast was passable. I don't usually like to say anything negative but for $500+ for the weekend you should have received more bang for our buck.

The room was a decent size with 2 queen beds. My only issue was the placement of the bathroom door which made the bathroom much smaller than it is. The staff were very nice and friendly with daily text check-ins which was great. Love that they have coffee available all day. I only realized on our last day there that they had more parking in the back. Front parking was a nightmare after a certain time. Overall our stay at this hotel was pretty good.
