We arrived 10am at the hotel since our flight got canceled. Given that the check in is at 2pm, the room was not available, however the girl at the front desk was super helpful to ask the cleaning service to deliver a room earlier for us. So they did after only 30min. She went above a beyond! Our familiy really appreciated that gesture. Im sorry I didnt get her name but please make sure to prise that on my behalf.

Decent place to stay for an overnight trip in Chicago. It's close to the airport and there are some small restaurants nearby. The pool was still being renovated when we stayed, but the room was very clean and in good condition.

The area around the property looks kind of shady but once you go inside the property it looks very nice. The service is very good and everyone is super polite. The breakfast is very good and they offer a good variety of items. Our check in and out was easy and convenient.
