Clean rooms, extremely friendly staff, onsite Starbucks, Lockwood restaurant was amazing, beautiful gathering area in the lounge. Close to all the Christmas must do’s. Decorated so so beautifully for Christmas!

The service is always great, the hotel is in a good area for shopping. I always stay in this hotel while in Chicago because of how reliable, clean, and comfy the rooms are. We have stayed in all size rooms and they are all worth it.

I prefer Embassy Suite over any hotel. ES does not fail in quality, comfort, cleanliness. We enjoyed Chicago very much. Embassy Suite was in walking distance. Staff were very friendly.
