Hotel cerrado

No pude usar mi reservación ya que el hotel estaba cerrado. Preguntando en los comercios aledaños, comentaron que el hotel tiene una semana sin operar, por lo que no fue posible hospedarme, sin embargo la aplicación si me cobró el servicio y no puedo recuperar el monto pagado.
