The location is amazing Great room but quite old : some rust in the bathroom and not a lot soap / shampoo as we were 5 in the facility One restaurant but service was very long It would be appreciated to improve the welcoming part for guests

This Hotel is excellent I would recommend it highly Lunch and dinner with doubts 1400sf rooms. All lake views. Quiet and peaceful oasis Definitely I would recommend Your pick up at dock. Very impressive

This is a great off the beaten path place to stay at and not leave. The dirt road is horrible and the location is confusing to find. The price is high because some room conditions, a/c, toilets, etc. are in disrepair and not to par with the price point.

Nice facilities, direct access to La Laguna, and very kind people. The view is beautiful and you can enjoy swimming in La Laguna. Internet signal is not so good so bring a book. Bring water and other basic supplies like drugs because there is no stores near, although there is a restaurant with tasty options and the town is at 20 minutes. Fully recommended.

Muy amables. Propiedad muy bien cuidada. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, además que son frescas. Accesible en auto. El camino de terracería parece muy agreste pero no lo es tanto. Buena comida, muy buena atención. Ideal para descansar sin televisión.

El lugar está divino, nos trataron excelente, se me olvidó su nombre pero la Srita. Que nos recibe en recepción muy linda, educada y disponible a nuestras necesidades, Rogelio que hace de todo un tipazo, nos consintieron en todo, la comida muy rica, tienen desayunos, comidas y cena, los cuartos muy amplios hermosos con jacuzzi, comedor, sala exterior, la vista maravillosa a la Laguna, muy limpio todo, tienen para todos los gustos, te proporcionan juegos de mesa, gimnasio al aire libre, incluyen kayaks nos metimos a la Laguna en ellos y muy divertido. Tienen servicio externo y llegó un barquito por nosotros ahí mismo en el muelle para el tour de recorrer la Laguna de los siete colores increíble. Todo vale la pena. Solo la llegada hablen por teléfono porque el GPS te manda por un camino horrible y así les explican que hay un segundo camino para llegar al hotel, igual es de terracería no está tan lindo pero si está mejor y más corto que el otro, municipio debe de arreglar, hay mucho hoteles hermosos por la zona. No se arrepentirán, definitivamente vuelvo a hospedarme ahí cuando regresemos, fuimos 6 adultos y todos opinamos lo mismo.

Ne correspond pas aux photos, odeur dégoût dans la chambre, eau jaune qui sort du robinet et de la douche, moisissure sur tout les rideaux, piscine non traiter sans filtres, équipement de muscu à l extérieur rouille, bref nous avions booker deux nuit nous sommes partis après une nuit. L équipe sur place est gentille et serviables ils font de leur mieux mais l’hôtel est juste vétuste et ce n est pas possible de proposer ce type de location et surtout à ce prix. Énorme déception, encore une fois le personnel est serviable mais ça ne rattrape pas le hygiène.

Al llegar estaban comiendo en la oficina llena de moscas, la piscina tenía un mal olor y verde por la falta de mantenimiento. El cuarto tenía un jacuzzi el cual no funcionaba. La habitación estaba sucia, llena de telarañas y polvo. Decía q incluía desayuno y solo me indicaron q podía escoger frutas, jugo o café pero no ambas. La parte del gimnasio se veía muy mal estado. No tenía en el restaurante comida suficiente para 4 personas pq así me lo indicaron.

The place is beautiful, clean and new, their people try their best, but, they don't have internet connection, (I am a nature lover but I work while I travel) no tv, no way to communicate with the front desk (they don't have front desk). The hotel is far from town, the entrance to the hotel is a bad terrace. I recommended to drive a Jeep or a pic up truck, small vehicles have a hard time.
