The staff were very nice. They kept our bags for 3 hours after the checkout as we were in a tour. Definitely recommended. The area is also very close to evrything

Nice place in Bacalar

Nice place at 10min by walk from the main square of Bacalar. The room was big enough and had nice feature to hang of belongings. The bathroom was nice and everything was very clean. I recommend

Todo muy bien, lo único esque no tiene estacionamiento y en hoteles.com lo muestran con estacionamiento, así que sino lo tienen deberían quitar ese beneficio para considerarlo.

El lugar muy tranquilo y seguro, fácil transportarse a pie o en carro, Muy Recomendable, el personal muy amable y atento, muy limpio el lugar, instalaciones accesibles en ubicación , el cuarto es sencillo pero agradable la estancia. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Si volvería a hospedarme con ellos.

De douche was ronduit slecht. 11 straaltjes die in alle windrichtingen spoten waarvan 4 naar beneden. Het matras is te dun. Als ik op mijn zij sliep werd ik wakker omdat mijn heup pijn deed omdat ik op de onderliggende plank lag. De airco deed gelukkig zijn werk goed.

Clean rooms ... A bit noisy, with it being a small town, there are roosters singing and dogs barking quite often. If you don't mind that, it was a pleasant stay... Felt safe at all times. The whole town of Bacalar is very safe. Locals are very friendly.

Easy check in although we tried to pay with card and the card reader wasn’t working for us. They have filtered water around the property which helps with those hot days. The room AC worked well, the water got hot immediately. The wifi was great and didn’t go down the whole time we were staying there. Short walk to everything.

Sale, bruyant, vétuste

Peut importe le prix le minimum est la propreté. Il y avait un cafard dans la chambre. Literie catastrophique. Air conditionné fonctionne a peine, les fenêtre donne sur un corridor bruyant. Je veux bien comprendre qu’à ce prix on ne peut pas réclamer la lune, mais il y a des minimum. N’y allez pas.
