"Room was clean, all staff are lovely very helpful, very approachable. Breakfast is just brilliant plenty of options to choose from and professionally presented. Plenty of parking for residents. This is our 5th time we've stayed and enjoy it every time. Would definitely recommend."

"First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. We found the hotel lacked character, everything about it was functional and not interesting. This extended to the breakfast, our experience of which was behind not eating supper there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got....

"The breakfast choice was excellent as was the area where breakfast was served, Two members of staff stood out to us Jasmine on reception and Olivia in the restaurant such lovely girls they made our visit special."

"Decent hotel for a night while away on business. The room was fine, but finding the room and restaurant for dinner and breakfast was quite confusing, as you had to go upstairs, then downstairs, and then upstairs again to find the different areas. There was also some work being carried out in one of the bars, which made the walk to breakfast feel a little like walking through a building site. Dinner was very good, although breakfast was just okay and not the best quality overall."

"Every time I travel back north I stay at this place as it's friendly, has what you need and more-aka the restaurant next door and nearby to bigger shops too"
