"Lovely property. Extremely helpful staff! We had a misunderstanding and did not get the room we thought we were getting, but we stayed anyway and it turned out well. We ordered a charcuterie board and a bottle of wine which were delicious! The breakfast is also very good. The only small negative was some of the lawn furniture was a bit dirty. "My only criticism of the hotel is the breakfast offering. Being in France one would expect fabulous fresh croissants and great coffee. Neither the case here. Stodgy not fresh croissants/pain au chocolate and not good coffee out of the machines."

"Above average hotel and good for a stop over. The twin room was spacious and quiet, small bar but a couple of decent beers on tap with an outdoor space and a nice restaurant. Not much on the breakfast buffet but good quality. Would stay again"

Being returning guests, who enjoy the village and surrounding area, are aware that if you are unable to check-in before the restaurant closes for lunch time service, you have to wait until 18.00hrs when restaurant re opens for evening service to check-in, though there is a phone number on the door. Expedia on their confirmation says you can check-in anytime from 14.00hrs."
