"It is what it is! A recognisable hotel right next to the airport. It's not a destination hotel and there are people coming and going all the time. If you have an early start or a late arrival, it's a perfectly adequate place to spend a night."

"Spend 1 night here. Smallish room with a double bed. For me, the rooms are not sound proof. When someone next door was in the bathrooms, you could hear the water running/shower/sink. Also doors banged loudly. Cleanliness not 100%. The remote control was dirty, looks like it is never cleaned with a hygiene wipe. Same as the light switches, you could see all the grime from dirty hands. I sent a couple of messages to the hotel direct through Expedia and they never replied. I...

But since i was their the waiter took my order but informed me this was an exception. How stupid is it to expect guests to download or scan QR codes just to order drinks and a meal. Do they expect OAP;s to do downloads or scans. Very poor customer relations in this hotel as everything is automated, from check in, to check out, to ordering meals and...

"We love how great this hotel is - it's clean and modern and so close to the railway drop off for Manchester airport. No need to pay for a taxi you can walk from the train station to the hotel then it's only a few minutes walk to the walkways for the Manchester airport terminals. Very convenient and good value for money. We also enjoyed some wine and a lovely meal on our arrival. Impressed"

"THERE IS NO AIR-CONDITIONING AT THE HOTEL. The window less rooms are not well ventilated. The staff when asked how hot the rooms are, tells you it depends on how hot it is outside. If that was wind up 20/10 no notes. If that was not get better staff."
