"We had a great stay at Shangri-La Chengdu. All the staff were very professional, yet also personal and helpful. The facility was in great condition - clean, spacious and well equipped. It’s also in an excellent location only steps away from Anshun Bridge and numerous bars. Special shoutouts to the staff at the porter service and front desk. Their services with personal touch made our stay even more memorable. It truly lived up to our expectations of a 5-star hotel. We would love to stay here...

"The hotel is great. The staff were amazing and so helpful especially Carter who helped us communicate and organize our day with the non english speaking driver we hired for the day. His help was so appreciated and because of him we had a fun sightseeing day. I will recommend this hotel to fellow travelers."

"The room we picked was the Skyline King room with an oversized private hot tub and it did not disappoint. We picked this room based on the pictures and it was just as pictured. The view of the hotel was very pleasant, city view and the room itself is very well maintained. The size of the room was ideal. Had its own area for bathroom and shower and a spacious area for the bedroom and tub. The amenities were also a nice detail. The staff of the hotel were very professional and very polished....

"I got the airport shuttle and the member from the hotel was responsive. The property is nice and convenient located near a subway exit. We were arriving back to the hotel yesterday and the receptionist gave us some soup. Nice touches."
