Not only was Chengdu my favorite city in China. But also, Xishu Garden is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is extremely friendly. They will help you with anything you need and help make your stay here the most rewarding possible! I will always stay here from here on out! 10/10

This hotel was amazing! It is one of the best hotel’s I’ve ever stayed in. The front desk staff spoke English and was super helpful! The location is AMAZING! The room was super spacious. We had some trouble with the wifi and the AC could have worked better.

As this was my first trip to China and I chose this hotel without any direction or knowledge of the property I will say this. I really was treated by the staff excellent and enjoyed their friendliness and their professionalism. I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. I would highly recommend this property as the place to stay. I will for sure return to China and will stay here again.

I was staying at Xishu Garden in for three nights. It was such a lovely place I loved it! The service was great. They could speak english and one can even eat there. Furthermore it is close to the panda station and relatively central. The accommodation was so nice and I totally would recommend it 10/10

Be careful

I was charged twice for my room and after two weeks the refund has not been made. It is 1km from the nearest metro station. They sent me to the wrong airport and I had to pay additional costs of more than 2,900 yuan, not counting the terrible experience of having missed my international flight and traveling more than 150kms to get my final flight, which they did not pay anything for at all. Helpful staff and good quality food. I am writing to them to get a response from them and they have blocked me.

This Hotel is the BEST. It is clean and has many amenities. The breakfast was amazing. There were many options. Staff was helpful, kind and respectful. Metro station is about 10 min walk.

I loved this hotel. The welcome gift is really nice, just the fact the put thought into it makes me smile. The staff are amazing and friendly, they helped me book all the trains for the main attractions and moving cities. There are so many food options nearby and a nice cute town right behind the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel has its unique charm with an open courtyard for enjoying a hearty breakfast of eastern and western spread. The staff was exceptionally helpful in their advice and assistance; making my stay exceptionally special. Their assistance in every respect was beyond my expectation. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Even tea was available for sale. Location is brilliant for access to Wen Shu Monastery with its special paintings and calligraphy for me. Easy access to the restaurants and shops a plus indeed besides the historical pastry shop opposite the hotel. Thank you.
