Room clean but slight odour. Staff were friendly and breakfast decent. More signs / info needed eg how to use entry barriers in lobby, how to use heating control in room and the fact that the heated towel rail switch is outside the bathroom, very low down on the wall. Lovely stay. Highlights are the spa, the breakfast, the room and the location of course. A couple of things that could make it better: while most staff seem courteous and helpful, we found Reception a little less so - no greetings, not a lot of warmth, and somewhat impersonal.
