"The hotel is almost impossible to find at night. They have a road sign but it is not illuminated. I wasted at least one hours trying to find the place, which it turns out is managed by the hotel next door. In addition, the exit door for the hotel was clearly marked BUT LOCKED. That is a serious issue that must be addressed Realistically, this is not a hotel. I would describe it as a clean, but privative doss house."

"Boutique hotel in centre of local park. Some quirky features add character. Friendly staff and nice bar.. Very limited parking and no regard for disabled bays or apparent enforcement. Alternative parking is not free and a short walk away from hotel. My third stay and heating and cooling rooms remains a real issue. Freezing in winter, roasting in summer. Other gripe is that the bathroom door is frosted, except for a broad clear strip all around the edge meaning your room mate can see everything...

"I went to Manchester to watch a football match and wanted a hotel to sleep and rest. Great hotel, very good breakfast and free parking. I recommend it."

"Lots of parking spaces, even as we arrived late in the day. The breakfast was a bit of a scramble due to flight times and opening times of the restaurant as time was a bit short, they did however provide a 'grab and go' selection of pastries, juices etc in reception if you needed to go earlier. The only gripe was that our room did not have air con, I presumed that it would and never checked. "Room was ok and provided a comfortable sleep, bathroom is somewhat dated a needs a refit. No air con so on a night when temps were above 30 in the day it was a restless sleep. Breakfast was very disappointing, hot food was overcooked and not good quality produce. Staff seemed disinterested in making the the environment feel welcoming. Also be aware that with no parking available you have to purchase a permit for £6 to park on the road."

"Was such a poor experience we decided not to stay there when we arrived back in Manchester as originally planned. We drove back to Glasgow arriving home at 5AM rather than stay. I think that says it all"

"Very convenient to T2 if stuck in Manchester Airport. Basic room. Smallish and very firm double bed. Had tea making facilities in room. Dispensary machine for sandwiches downstairs needs improvement as door was sticking making us all look like fools trying to operate it."

"There is absolutely NO wifi and NO cell service in these rooms. The only place we could get a singular bar was in the corner of the bathroom. This massively hurt me when checking in/getting updates about my flight. The front desk just shrugged when I told them. No help at all. The toilet seat was also broken and nearly falling right off. The only benefit was it was a good sized room. Wouldn’t stay here again, though."

"Rooms clean service good,nice and quiet"

"We only had an overnight stop here, but it was a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room and general public areas of the property were all fine. We had an evening meal and a full breakfast and they were both very tasty. Having an EV charger (22kW) in the car park was a really useful bonus as we left our car to charge overnight. Would definitely stay here again."
