"Perfect location for walking to the Promenade and Old Nice! Lots of nice cafes around the area for breakfast if you choose to not pay for breakfast at the hotel. Cannot fault this anything about this hotel, the staff are all so lovely and helpful. There are free beach equipment for guests to take to the beach and can rent beach towels for €7. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good location and easy stay! 10/10"
"Al nostro arrivo in Omaggio dei macaron e delle carte francesi, mappa con i poati da visitare, wifi, stazione per riempire le bottiglie d acqua gratuitamente. Posizione super centrale, a due passi dalla fermata del tram e dalla stazione Nice-Ville etc..ottimo per visitare la città e i dintorni con il treno.
Personale molto gentile - colazione buona ma poca scelta, non buffet.
Fittano asciugamano e ombrellone a buon prezzo per visitare le spiaggie.

"Tiffany, Tiffany, Tiffany! I had some issues finding the entrance to the hotel, but once I did I had the true pleasure of meeting one of the most lovely women I have ever met, Tiffany. She was incredibly sweet, helpful and remained that way through my one-week stay. If I had questions, the was always willing to share advice or give suggestions.

"The Maison Durante was the perfect find in Nice. We came here after spending our first 4 nights in Cannes. The property was a quick walk about 2 blocks from the Nice Ville train. The hotel was exactly what I was looking for; a true French boutique. There is a courtyard with wrought iron table and chairs and trees for shade which is the perfect place for your early morning coffee.
