"This hotel is a lovely place to stay when visiting Roussillon and the nearby area. The room was well equipped, great shower, and very comfortable bed. The hotel has a wonderful buffet breakfast that’s got everything - even scrambled eggs and bacon for Americans. The restaurant is wonderful with excellent food and great service in a very charming dining room. The hotel has a superb collection of art on its walls. "Very friendly staff. Katje (Sp?) was great and had many good suggestions about villages to visit and routes to take. The breakfast was a wonderful and nutritious way to start the day. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the afternoon before heading out for dinner. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was a very nice splurge with no after dinner driving. "
