Huge well appointed room. Incredible breakfast. Host was very accommodating to guest needs, as many of us had to be up early for UVA graduation. She made to-go breakfasts for everyone with fresh muffins, yogurt, fresh cut fruit. Lovely overall experience. Nice not to be in the center of town near Grounds. Very easy access when you do.

The property was lovely—very well managed and decorated. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. In addition, the grounds were inviting and nicely kept.

The owner Bridgette has a gift for hospitality. What a relaxing weekend at this quiet, immaculate, luxuriously comfortable inn.

Brigitte, the owner, was incredibly welcoming! She showed us around the inn and provided details about the area upon arrival. Also, rooms are very spacious and clean! Breakfast was absolutely delicious as well.

This is a beautiful property that welcomes you to relax. Really. The hosts, Dan and Kathryn are excellent with finding the details that make you comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding every morning.

We loved so much about this property and the hosts! The large rooms, expansive views of the yard, the lovely owners, and the gourmet breakfast... They offered to make dinner reservations for us and to acquire admission tickets for nearby Monticello. We highly recommend the Foxfield Inn.

Just an amazing place on every level.
This place is just outstanding. We arrived in a thunderstorm, having been hiking in Shenandoah for 2 days. The innkeepers offered us a glass of wine, a dinner recommendation, and pleasant conversation. Our room was just beautiful: big, well-decorated, comfortable bed, gas fireplace, huge bathroom. We can't say enough about the Foxfield Inn.

Great stay
Katherine and Dan were superb hosts. Super clean; great room and beautiful neighborhood. Their breakfast was very good. We had to leave early on a visit to Montecello and Katherine and Dan started their breakfast service early to accommodate our schedule. Definitely a place we would highly recommend

Lovely setting! I was in C'Ville for a Parents' weekend so the distance was a little challenging ( 10 minutes in an Uber from UVA), but so much about the property was great from the impeccable property itself to the delicious breakfast prepared for you in the morning. I wish I had more time to spend there, and to explore the surrounding area which is just stunning (horse farms abound!). Kathryn and Dan were very friendly and clearly take a great deal of pride in their property. I will return at some point when I have more time to spend there. Thank you :)

We had a magical weekend at The Foxfield Inn. The setting is gorgeous with such tasteful attention to detail. The linen is heavenly and the breakfast to die for. Saturday night we relaxed in the hot tub and returned back home feeling rested and pampered. Thank you for a lovey weekend

The epitome of Southern hospitality! Fantastic breakfasts, friendly and welcoming owners, a beautiful estate, and great conversation among guests made for a wonderful stay. Also, if you're a wine and/or beer enthusiast, this area is loaded with great spots (Barboursville Vineyards was my favorite). Great historical spots such as Monticello as well. We will make it a point to come back!

Beautiful Place!
Lovingly maintained B & B in very private garden setting. Rooms were very comfortable, quiet, and clean and breakfasts were excellent. Kathryn went out of her way to prepare a delicious gluten and dairy free breakfast for us, as well as leave some delicious gluten-free cookies in our room. Dan was friendly and helpful and served the breakfasts. The inn has a beautiful backyard and gazebo and it was a pleasure to sit out there and watch the many birds at their feeders. A nice perk was the availability of coffee, tea, cookies, clementines and microwaveable popcorn as well as a refrigerator right out side the room.

What a wonderful B&B from the moment they welcomed us at the door with a cocktail to the delicious breakfasts and beautiful spacious rooms - I cannot say enough about this great find. Great location to the wine trails as well as UVA.

Kathryn and Dan are incredibly sweet people. We were greeted and given the tour. The room had everything and was gorgeous this time of year. The fireplace and in room jacuzzi were personal favorites. The 3 course breakfast was exquisite and the atmosphere couldn't be nicer. Definitely coming back.
