"The Tides is situated right on the beach. Great views from all of the rooms. Nice restaurant on site. The staff was exceptional. Very welcoming and attentive. The room was good. Clean and plenty of room. The slider doors are older. Didn’t slide very well and the UV protection film bubbled here and there. But overall, great place to stay. Walkable to several good restaurants. Easy drive to Charleston and the airport. "
