Staff was very courteous and the back screened in porch was delightful looking out onto the pond with large oak trees and herons flying by in the morning. The marathon was great and the island is gorgeous

Lots of golf and tennis at the Kiawah Island resort. Beautiful Beaches in the villas were very nice. Would recommend for anyone who wants a quiet restful vacation.

The townhouse I stayed in was in a great location to the tennis courts, which is the reason we were there. It was very clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable! I loved the owners touch of their kids pictures there. Very sweet.

The area was beautiful our Villa location was great however inside the room dirty cobwebs in ceiling, walls dirty and they offer free coffee but gave you one, under our beds dead bugs and we had a coach roach one night. Totally disgusting and wouldn’t go to that villa again

This villa was perfect for the Kiawah island marathon. It was close to the race shuttles and an easy walk to the beach. The screened in porch with water views was my favorite part. Would highly recommend.

Loved Kwiah Island, took advantage of some of the excursions highly recommend shelling expedition! Staff were great, with one exception. Our villa had issues, which were addressed with the front desk and handled very well.

For $500/night I expected better. Apartment was rundown. The door looked like it had been broken open and hastily repaired. The carpets were stained. The tub drain was missing hardware. The beach view was great, the bed was comfortable with adequate pillows. Did not use the kitchen. Although the refrigerator water and ice in the door did not work. Do you inspect the rental villas? If so, then you’re negligent. If not, you are also negligent. There was construction, impeding parking and access to the building. At least the elevator worked. But really, certainly not up to standards one might expect for the price. I would never stay again.

Lovely villa

The villa was great. Very clean, well put together. My only complaint is that when booking, I was unable to reference back to the listing to see details about the villa in order to make sure I packed everything needed for our stay. (Such as- stocked kitchen, linens, etc). The beds were good, kitchen was very functional and clean. Overall, we really liked this location.

Nice vacation property. Quite, peaceful and opportunity to get away from daily life. No street lights. So finding one's way at night is challenging. There could be better signage on roads and property direction signage can be improved.

Checking in was a bit confusing and I wasn’t sure what the room actually looked like beforehand. The check in address was not included and when I called, the address they gave did not pull anything up. Overall, the condo could use some renovating but was nice. I found a dental flosser in the pull out couch and a weird herbal supplement on the table. Cleaning could have been better but overall nice place. Quick walk to the beach.

Place to rest and relax

Arrival was great. Found where to check in and went to the villa. Not sure what to expect and found that the room was terrific. It was a two bed two bath unit and it looked freshly made over. The kitchen was sparkling clean. The deck out back was screened in to keep the pests at bay. There were tennis courts out back but they were only busy for a couple of hours in the morning. Had a very relaxing stay and instead of heading to Charleston as planned we changed it up and relaxed on the island and barely left. Would definitely do it again.
