"We had an amazing stay at the Hotel Portetta. The rooms are cozy and well appointed. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and easily sort out anything you need (from airport transfers to guides). There is a lovely spa and not just a ski room, but a ski shop (where you can rent equipment, etc.). Hotel Portetta is ski-in-ski-out, a few strides from the Courchevel Moriond gondola. "Very close to lift with great dining option nearby. Breakfast was great! Ski rental site on-site and they store your stuff for you so just drop skis at door. We thoroughly enjoyed hot tub/sauna/steam room. Would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately, the two best rooms with balcony I was told were smaller. We had 3 in each room so opted for 2 biggest. It is a very short walk to lift, don’t think there is a closer hotel in 1850. "

"Perfect ski-in/ski-out location. Although the hotel is a bit worn down, the friendly, service-minded staff and the very clean rooms more than compensate. There is a frequent free local shuttle bus right outside, or you can easily take an Uber to and from Courchevel centre."

"Very close to all action! Restaurants, lounges/bars, ski slopes. Even though it’s not considered ski in/out, the lifts are just across the street. Ski shop is available at hotel with descent equipment rentals. Spa with tiny dry and wet saunas, and a pool. Breakfast included in room price is a la cart (anything you can wish for, the chef will cook for you). Overall will gladly return here!"
