"We were in a party of six and shred 4 rooms. The friends sharing 2 rooms said it was a bit cramped. The staff were friendly and there was no active reception Sunday evening we checked in ok The breakfast was plentiful and good value. Fine for a stopover"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaints i have is that this hotel dosent look or feel like a 4 star hotel. The staff and the service and attention they gave were 4 star but the hotel is maybe a 3 star. "

"The stay was fine up until day of checkout when the hotel closed and hotel staff left locking me in without any prior notice."

"We arrived later than expected and after the kitchen closed. The team were waiting for us patiently and prepared cold, but delicious dinner for us in our room. This was really unexpected, but very welcome after a long and arduous drive. We felt very well looked after. The room was spacious, warm, quiet and comfortable. The service at the hotel is friendly and very professional. We were very pleased with out stay."

"This was the perfect hotel for our stay near friends who recently moved to the area. The couple who run the hotel were terrific, helpful, personable, and efficient. We had dinner one evening at the hotel, and really enjoyed it. We especially appreciated the electric car charging point for our car. It worked seamlessly and the rate was very competitive using a credit card. "
