"The club lounge provided very limited food nowadays comparing to our previous stay. However the club lounge staff was very helpful and good service. "

"Hotel is perfectly located near the M1 Line subway and a short walk to several top Paris tourist attractions. The room was well laid out and the bed was firm but very comfortable. Excellent shower and adequate shelf space but no US-style electric sockets ( a hair dryer was supplied). The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was outstanding."

"The accommodations were immaculate. The staff is caring and helpful. They helped us navigate the Parisian streets safely and effortlessly. They even made our reservations for us for dinner. Quentin, Dolma and Amina are valuable assets to us and we will cherish our time here."

"They have a very nice buffet breakfast (for cost). Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is nicely located on a very nice street with several cafes."

"L’hôtel est agréable et bénéficie d’un très bon emplacement. Un grand MERCI aux concierges pour leur professionnalisme, leurs précieux conseils et leur écoute. "You can walk to most of the main sights. WiFi for the TV was a bit slow at times."

"I sent my elderly parents for 7 nights at this hotel. My dad is just recovering from cancer so I wanted a nice comfortable hotel for them to relax. When they checking in they were told their room is in the “attic” on the 5th floor, and there are only elevators up to the 4th floor which is a real inconvenience for them so they asked to switch rooms. Hotel staff said they would look into it but they never got back to them. Very disappointing for the price I paid."

"Very close to metro station. The breakfast is very nice and impressive. The room is clean and comfort. There is only 1 elevator and maximum capacity for 2 person with 2 luggage. The family room (suite) is on the 6th floor without elevator, you have to reach by elevator to 5th floor and then use the stairway to 6th floor. In conclusion it's worth the money and staying."
