"The staff at this hotel were very friendly and spoke English well. The cleaning staff was efficient and went above and beyond what we initially expected. The breakfast menu was limited, but still good. There is transit directly between the hotel and ICN airport. The hotel is in a good area with may local restaurants surrounding it, but also not far from the subway should one want to leave the area. "

"The hotel was well located and it was clean. The location was close to some of the main tourist sites and conveniently located to public transportation. The gym was a real positive for me and I am a gym person so it was important for me and probably the best gym I’ve been too. It had a nice set of weight equipment."

"Hotel was perfectly situated and the size was quite comfortable. The suite came with a water filtration system and a carafe for the refrigerator which was helpful. It was an easy walk to both palaces that were nearby. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good but nothing to write home about. The play area was pretty helpful to have kids run around before or after starting the day."

"My 4th stay at this hotel. Ideally located to walk to many sites but also 2 main subway lines are within a few minutes walk. Rooms are very well equipped including washing machine, LG steam cupboard and microwave. It’s my go to hotel when staying in Seoul"

"Location is the best part of this hotel easy access to line 1,2 and 8. Building is very outdated, carpets have many stains. Walls cleaness is questionable. Staff are very accommodating and professional. Wish the hotel would go through a major renovation soon especially leaky showers and stained carpets"

"Clean room, friendly staff, close to restaurants and can get uber easily but the bus and subway stations are closeby. The free breakfast was amazing and the views were great. Just hoping the room would have been bigger but we did have 3 large luggages with us"
