"Loved this hotel, it was close to both palaces, easy walking distance. Close to markets both food and clothes. close to the Cheonggyecheon stream, a beautiful walkway.
Staff were excellent, rooms were clean, on site laundry was great and inexpensive. the optional breakfast is very worthwhile. would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Seoul."
"We have never been to hotel with such a high level of service ; every employee that we met no matter where it was whether in the elevator walking outside or just in the lobby, asked if he can help us with anything if we need any special services or just a quick hi. The stuff the executive lounge were also extremely friendly, helpful and pure joy to be around. I really think this hotel is something extraordinary."
"Kamer worden elke dag goed schoongemaakt, personeels zijn vriendelijk. Je hebt een 7/11 op 1 minuut loopafstand. Als je richting eet gebied loopt, is het ongeveer 10 minuten loopafstand.
Omgeven is heerlijk rustig! "
"For the price, imo it’s sufficiently nice. Great service from the staff, so many restaurants, convenient stores, interesting areas worthy of your time just walking around. There’s also Chung gae chun creek that’s less than a minute walk. Deep your feet for 10 minutes and you’ll feel good! The room is not big, or rather maybe I chose the cheapest room but for the price especially in Seoul area it was well worth it."

"Muy bien ubicado para poder ir caminando a los principales templos de Seúl, de fácil acceso usando transporte público para ir a lugares más alejados. Muy cerca de tiendas y de restaurantes.
El único inconveniente con las habitaciones es su luz, demasiado intensa, sin posibilidad de modularla, ni de iluminar solo una parte.
Volvería a hospedarme en este lugar."

The staff was exceptionally helpful in arranging a tour to the DMZ and taxi to the airport and spoke great English. I highly recommend this hotel."
