"Due to upgrades being made at My Chiang Mai Boutique lodge, our time was split between that hotel and The Warehouse Chiang Mai. The staff at both locations were exceptionally kind and helpful! I wouldn't call this a hugh e d hotel - none of the hotels in Thailand were, but both of these hotels obviously care about their customers. The Warehouse Chiang Mai had the best shower of any hotel we've stayed in!"

"We chose this hotel because they are pet friendly & we are traveling with our dog. The check in was fast & the room was clean. The bed was a bit firm but that is to be expected in most places in Thailand. It is in a good location just outside of the old town. Free breakfast & coffee a plus. "
