staff are friendly and efficient. they gave us good advice on restaurants and helped arrange a field trip. breakfasts well prepared and tasty. nothing to dislike. Pool gets a bit crowded and teens become somewhat raucous but that's life.

A wonderful little gem! All the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel itself was beautiful. We had the plunge pool and the room was incredible!! Only down side not loads of room for clothes and internet could be hot or miss, but I can assure you the positives outweigh the little negatives! Highly recommend!

Front entrance is small tucked between two buildings so very unassuming. The property is very quaint, clean, and quiet despite being along a busy road. Convenient to walk through old city. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very nice. Highly recommend.

THE place to stay in Chiang May

The staff here are absolutely amazing, some of the best people you can find, really. So SO friendly and smiling, always ready to do whatever is in their power to make your stay amazing. There are big smiles on everyone you see from customers to staff because they are so good at what they do, if i ever come back to Chiang May there is only one place i will stay. The maitre'd himself is such a big ray of sunshine you cant help but be influenced by his good mood!

I absolutely loved the decoration and style of the hotel and my room!!! I was given an upgraded room with a bath tub in the terrace and it was amazing. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I absolutely recommend it. The staff was very kind and friendly. I had the breakfast included and it was delicious! The location of the hotel is as well very good because it is close to the city center. For sure I’d stay at this hotel if I return to Chiang Mai ❤️

3 nights stay in Deluxe Garden View room

I enjoyed my stay at this boutique hotel. It was spotless clean, and the rooms are spacious and value for money. Quiet at night. The beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was VERY cold (but not complaining). The bathroom was spacious, clean, hot water and water pressure was very good. Proper amenities provided, but it would have been nice if body moisturizer was provided as well, had to go out and buy some. Good walking distance to local food, bars and Old Town. Near 7-Eleven. Easy to get a Grab car to go to further locations. The staff were very helpful and polite.

The room with the private pool was great. The room looked great and it had one of the longest showers i have had in a hotel room. The breakfast area is outside but covered. There are not a lot of seats, so it could happen, that you need to wait to be able to have breakfast. All days we spend there, we had no issue. Everyone was very friendly. There was no buffet for breakfast, everything needed to be ordered from a little menu. Food was good. The wifi could have been a bit quicker. Ping was 50. It was possible to watch Netflix on the TV. Some videos i wanted to watch on the phone sometimes stopped and loaded again. In total the wifi was still good but could be improved to be even better. At the little lounge area outside at night you could see many tiny lizards which was cool to watch going up the wall. The pool temperatzre was very warm. The hotels entrance is nice but its located right next to some fruit shops, which make it look not ao good but ones being inside its a little world for itself. It was never loud. Just when it rains, you hear the rain a bit through the window but also from the entrance door, since the hallway is open to the outside but it was no big issue. We highly recommend this hotel.
