"The shuttle service itself was fine, but the experience with the driver could definitely be improved. He was not very welcoming, seemed impolite at times, and was not particularly helpful during the ride. A friendlier attitude and better customer service would make passengers feel much more comfortable. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to help improve the experience for future customers."

"Windsong was great. The staff was stellar. Very kind and helpful. Everything is very clean. The beach is nice. The reef amazing. Food is ok. Everything feels new . Only negative is that although the living room has black out curtains, the bedroom doesn’t. Plenty of chairs at the pool and on the beach at this time of year."

"Nice to see some updates to the resort compared to 3 yrs ago. New beach furniture and umbrellas. Upgrade of offered bathroom toiletries. little things like fancy rolled towels, upgraded kitchen in room, detail to groomed landscaping, welcome drink upon arrival, and food/drink delivery service on the beach. Assistance from desk clerk as well as housekeeper was noticeable. The full laundry appliances in the room were very helpful. The outdoor grilling area near the pool was very helpful since...

Beware of ordering food on the beach as it is a windy island. I loved how cool I felt despite the warm weather and how beautiful the beach was. They also offer taxi service. Service was beyond my expectation. I can't wait to return."
