"Upon checkin, greet guests with amenities first, not rules or what they can't do. Just something I noticed. Nice clean grounds, pool, and peer. Room though small, was sufficient for the night. Slept well and loved the hammock. Again, clean grounds."

After 30 minutes, I was given a room that was already occupied, and the next one was dirty, with an unemptied trash bin and unclean bathrooms. Although the hotel is modern and visually appealing, the service is extremely poor.
