"The club lounge provided very limited food nowadays comparing to our previous stay. However the club lounge staff was very helpful and good service. "

"First the plus points - staff were polite and, on the whole, helpful. The bed was king size and very comfy, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom featured two sinks (always handy to avoid those domestics!). Breakfast was nice, especially the continental section. Now the downsides... we were in a downstairs room which came as a surprise. So although there was a large window there was literally no view. The room was billed as deluxe, and although it was nice, it didn't feel deluxe...

"The view was incredible but the hotel was run down , I found a centipede on my bed , the issue was there not someone there at the front desk always, it was really disappointing and for what it cost me to stay there !"

"I liked the friendliness that was shown at the hotel. It was very convenient to cafes', shopping and the metro. We had a room with two twin beds which was tight, but it was clean and comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"I truly enjoyed my stay! The hotel is in a great location, approximately a 15-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance, including a wonderful boulangerie that I visited almost every day for its delicious croissants! "Best hotel!"

"Wonderful hotel! everything went smoothly. The lobby area and the room were very clean. Breakfast was great. The location was everything Highly recommend!"

"Clean room, quiet hotel. We had beautiful views and the neighborhood was safe and amazing. The restaurants within a two block walking distance were also amazing. The entrance to the train station was less than a minute walk (highly recommend vs Uber or cab). I would 100% stay here again!"

"The staff at the hotel were amazing. Very friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was pretty good, but you can get better coffee elsewhere at the countless bistros nearby. It's in a great neighborhood. But the rooms are very small. That's why I gave it a 4. But there's nothing wrong with the hotel and I'd stay there again."

"Hotel was in perfect place near the Eiffel tower, metro and great restaurants. Area was safe, walkable and staff were very friendly. When I come back to Paris this will be my place to lay my head"

"Hotel was great, a few steps to several bakeries, restaurant and other stores. 15 minutes from the Eifeltower, matter of fact you can see the Eifeltower stepping out of the hotel and we could see it from our window. Room was great bed was comfortable. Had a little fridge which was stocked daily with beverages. Bathroom was nice with a walk in shower. Loved the bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was "continental" as we would call it but they also will fix eggs and bacon if asked. Staff was very...
