The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The location is also excellent, with Lake Bled, restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable, and the hotel was a perfect base for visiting Bled. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend Rikli Balance Hotel. 10/10 – an excellent stay!"
