"Amazing hotel. Everything is new, clean, and functions well. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The location is great, it’s a short walk to the beach and the area isn’t too crowded. Lots of food options within walking distance but if it’s too hot for you everything is an also a short grab ride away. Highly recommended for locals and foreigners."

"Been more than 10 years of traveling but this is the first time I have to move out in the middle of the booking cause their bad services. Staffs very unhelpful, no welcome drink, restaurant taste bad, room are not clean as request. General Manager were careless attitude and accused me for complaining to get benefits. They promised to give me the refund for the night that i didnt stay but i am not sure i could still get it back. This hotel definitely not qualified as 5 stars. And its a shame of...
"A luxurious historic hotel in Hue. It had a luxurious feel. The hotel staff were all kind and friendly, especially Vy's hospitality was excellent. Thank you for telling me about a delicious banh mi restaurant. I would definitely like to visit this hotel again."
