"Amazing staff! Greeted us every time they saw us with the utmost genuine smiles I hadn't seen States side for the longest time. Nguyen Long (hostess) and Le Thuong (receptionist) are sweethearts! There's many more, but I don't remember their names. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean and pleasant. Location is prime ‐ not too busy - not too quiet. Two tips for anyone staying here: 1) wake up before sunrise and head across to the beach. You will not be disappointed. 2) let the hotel staff help arrange for your attraction visit such as BaNa Hills, etc. Save the headaches. "

"The view was absolutely beautiful. Although we did have an issue with the shower flooding our bathroom, the repair man did nothing to help us and said it was suppose to be like that, however the amazing cleaning ladies were able to help us the next day and identify the problem, took a picture to showed us (a misaligned pipe) and fixed the problem immediately. Other than that the staff was absolutely incredibly to us, always checking if we needed something or making sure we were doing alright. Also, Frank the security guard was so friendly and helpful towards us, he was so funny, always cracking jokes and just overall amazing. "
