"The hotel has a good location and the front desk staff were friendly and tried to help to the best of their ability, BUT, it is a little rundown. We didn’t have access to the wifi until the last night of our stay, the A/C wasn’t working properly and was never fixed. We couldn’t use the TV because it required internet access, which wasn’t available. And to add insult to injury, the digital key stopped working and we were locked out of our room. They eventually gave us a physical key, but the incident made us be late for the activity we had planned."

"This was a great place to base your stay in NYC. Very convenient to many things. The only hiccup we had was one day our room was not cleaned and serviced. We just shed for towels and we made it fine. They were very complimentary on check-in and checkout. They let us check in early and at checkout we left our bags with valet until we left for our flight. Very accommodating!! We loved our stay!!!"

"The king executive room was great. It had a small sofa that you could sit and look out at amazing views. The two bars were very cool. The rooms were clean although they didn’t have any toiletries, which was not a big deal. Very friendly staff."
