"Room was perfect and clean. housekeeping kept the restroom stocked with towels and toilet paper. I was celebrating my birthday and they added some special touches to the room! It was a nice surprise the only thing I didn’t like was the lighting during the day was fine but at night the room got very dark other than that I loved it and would definitely stay again! "

"Good/accessible location, but still quiet enough in the evenings. Very friendly and accommodating staff, nice small touches like complimentary water/coffee and tea bar accessible all hours of the day/night. Will definitely return."
"Booked through a third party site and was charged an undisclosed "resort fee" - a junk fee hotels charge because they can. Great hotel and staff - no amenities to justify any type of resort fee. A minor situation and customers should call it out more often. "

"Nos gustó la ubicación, puedes caminar unos 20 minutos hasta times square. La habitación cómoda aunque viajar con equipaje muy grande es un poco difícil de moverse dentro de la habitación. Staff super amable desde recepción hasta el check out. "
